Almond nougat pralines or pumpkin-spice fat bombs ? ✨
I can’t decide how to name my last creation: sophisticated “almond nougat pralines” or honest “pumpkin-spice fat bombs”?? Because, to be honest they are both and who in the keto world doesn’t love delicious fat bombs? Pumpkin spice tastes almost like German lebkuchen spice(which is a little more intense), so these taste like lebkuchen nougat pralines, but without all the sugar and unhealthy ingredients.
Purely plant based, made with organic, steamed coconut oil(thus no coconut taste/smell), high quality organic almond butter and powdered MCT oil. I’m in love with this product, it acts like a creamer, a fantastic addition to ketogenic beverages and sweets. I have added oat fiber for more bite and structure and inulin for the sweetness (can be replaced with your favorite low carb sweetener), the fiber makes it slightly cookie-like and more satiating. Recipe is super easy and quick.
