Sulphoraphane rich broccoli sprouts.

Home sprouted broccoli made by my husband. After my diagnosis he has started to research which foods are particularly effective against lung cancer. 🌱

Sulforaphane, one of the primary phytochemicals in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables, has been shown to selectively target and kill cancer cells while leaving normal cells healthy and unaffected. 🌱

Broccoli sprouts have the highest content of sulforaphane, and my partner is sprouting like a madman, I have eaten a bowl of broccoli sprouts almost every day since August 2019. ✨

Well, I am in almost full remission, thanks to a fantastic TKI drug and the love and the care of my husband and bowls full of broccoli sprouts and garlic. 🌱

Another advantage is, broccoli sprouts taste great and are easy to digest, in opposite to the most others cruciferous veggies which can make you bloated. The sprouting is very easy and sustainable and can be done at home. Needles to say, sprouts are extremely healthy and are going to help your immune system in times of Covid-19. 🌱
