Keto “milk” chocolate with medicinal mushrooms

I love to sneak supplements into my food and prefer not to take everything in a capsule. Hence, milky chocolates with reishii, turkey tail and maitake. All three mushrooms play an important role in cancer therapies, there are studies which confirm this. All mushrooms are known to have immune benefits as well.

The milky taste comes from tahini – a magic ingredient, it somehow makes everything taste better. Dried, powdered mushrooms have a malty, pleasant taste and harmonize well with chocolate. I have used real, powdered vanilla and pumpkin spice for an interesting taste.
